The following links are to help you put your own opinions into writing that can be submitted as testimony. Form letters are not allowed as written testimony as per the Health Committee Chairman of the House of Representatives HB 1825 February 12, 2007. Being that this is apparently NOT so, form letters were submitted and accepted as testimony from the anti's in HB 1800, you can still read through the samples below and come up with your own testimony. Individuals comments seem to have more bearing then form letters, so your personal story and comments will be more effective. Testimony does not have to follow any particular format. The key parts are 1) Naming the bill you are testifying in reference to, 2) Naming the Committee accepting the Testimony, 3) Stating your position on the Bill in question and finally including your identity (name & address), along with information on how you may be contacted.
